Ready Community Forum and User Groups

June 12, 2019

The Kuali Community is vibrant and collaborative. Nowhere is that more evident than in our user groups and our community forum. Anyone from a Kuali customer institution can participate in either of these opportunities to connect with peer schools.

Community Forum:

Have you logged onto our Community Forum recently? Anyone from a Kuali Community institution can access the Forum to ask questions and share feedback. Post a question or comment, vote on someone else’s post, respond to requests for feedback from our Product Manager, or let us know what new features you’d like to see us add. We’d love to hear from you!

You can access the Kuali Ready Community Forum through this link; select the Community section, then click “join the conversation.” This community has been quiet for some time, but the Ready team would love to reactivate it to provide this communication opportunity to our users.

User Groups:

Kuali’s user groups provide a wonderful venue for real-time communication with Kuali and with other community schools. A user group has not been established for Ready, but if you’re interested in participating in something like this, please contact me. If there is enough interest we’ll certainly set one up.

One way that other Kuali Product Managers facilitate user groups is via monthly video calls. In this meeting, attendees can share feedback with Kuali, ask questions of their peers, and discuss system usage and business processes. Anyone from a Community school can participate.

If created, a Ready User Group can be a wonderful complement for follow-up communication to the Community Forum.

Check out our Community Forum today, and don’t forget to let me know if you’d like to participate in a Ready User Group.
