As a result, students, advisors, and staff didn't always have access to the most up-to-date information. Manual administrative processes also created additional work for system administrators and slowed responses to user requests. The university wanted a better way to keep academic information current while improving internal efficiency.
Southern New Hampshire University adopted Kuali Academic Operations to simplify catalog management and improve collaboration between the registrar's office, academic departments, and system administrators. The university also expanded its use of Kuali Build to automate support requests, user access management, reporting requests, and other administrative processes—reducing manual work while improving service across campus.
