CSU Global had gone through several degree audit systems, but none fully met the institution’s needs. The team was often forced to work within the limitations of the software and create manual processes to fill the gaps.

Before Kuali Catalog, CSU Global worked with its Marketing team to manually create a polished PDF for every catalog release—adding time and effort to an already complex process.

With Kuali, CSU Global created clear, precise degree audits that give students an easy way to see which credits transferred, which requirements they’ve completed, and which courses they still need to take.
Student Success Counselors gained a reliable audit to guide advising conversations. Enrollment teams gained greater visibility into transfer credit and degree progress. And the teams responsible for student records could work from the same consistent academic information.
That same approach extended to the academic catalog. CSU Global streamlined how courses, offerings, policies, and other catalog information are updated and published—cutting the time required to launch a catalog by at least half.
