What is Kuali Days 2024?

Kuali Days 2024 is a user conference for the Kuali Community. It provides the opportunity to attend sessions to learn more about Kuali’s different product solutions and how other institutions are using Kuali’s products. It is also an excellent opportunity to connect, and reconnect, with your higher ed industry friends to share experiences and catch-up

Once I register for Kuali Days 2024 what do I do?

Upon registration completion, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a link to the hotel registration. Be sure to use that link to access the special Kuali Days attendee rate. After that, make your transportation plans, mark your calendar, and pack your suitcase! (Bring layers, because meeting room temperatures can fluctuate!)

Will Kuali Days 2024 sessions be available virtually?

At this time, we’re not planning to make Kuali Days 2024 sessions available virtually.


How do I pay for Kuali Days?

Payment for the full amount of the registration fees must be made by credit card at the time of registration. If you need access to an alternate method of payment, please contact for options.

Is there a single day registration ticket price option available?

We do not offer a daily rate for Kuali Days.

Can I register for only the Preconference/Certified Builder Training?

The Preconference/Certified Builder Training is only available as an add-on to a full conference registration. It isn’t available stand-alone.

How do I make changes to my registration, including my method of payment?

I can no longer attend Kuali Days 2024, what is the registration cancellation policy?

All cancellations received on or before Monday, March 18, 2024, are eligible for a full refund of fees paid, less a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after the March 18th cut-off date. Registrants are able to transfer completed registrations to colleagues - please contact  to finalize this process.
