Kuali Curriculum’s new Reporting feature puts you in the driver’s seat of your data

Both of these features came about from the partnership between Kuali and the Kuali Community when it comes to best practices and dIn any software system, it’s important to be able to not only see your data, but to be able to extract specific data, whether it’s a small or large set, to help drive better decision-making at various levels of curriculum management.

Kuali’s newly enhanced Reports function allows all users (unless configured with restricted access) to have access to all curricular data in a tabular format for easy access, filtering and downloading for analysis in other systems, or for sharing with colleagues and accreditors.

There are some built-in default reports available, including courses, programs, experiences (such as work study or study abroad), policies, and agendas. The data in these reports can then be filtered further by various criteria, including status, data last modified, and groups, such as department or college. There are also advanced filters and custom filters that use form fields and metadata associated with such criteria as credits, title, description, etc.

These filters allow you to narrow sets of data down, or keep it more open, depending on what your analysis goals are.

Reports is designed to give you the flexibility to isolate data to fit your needs.
